Christine A, the caretaker, was totally awesome! not long after check-in i had some concerns and emailed to notify someone. Rent Advisors immediately got back with me and forwarded to Christine to work. The toilet handle was broken. She contacted several handymen but no one wanted to come out on a Sunday so she did and fixed it! Throughout the week i sent several texts with immediate responses. Felt like we had O'hana taking care of us during our stay:-) The apartment was great! If we ever go to Hawai'i again we will be looking this apartment up as our first choice! Some minor cleaning things but Christine took care of those upon her toilet-fixing trip. We are retired military and this price was way better than even staying on base!
