We stayed in this condo Oct 2-7, 2024. The mountain views were nice. Beds were comfy. Nice dining area. Kitchen had everything we needed. The space was good for myself and my husband. We loved sitting on the patio, apart from road noise. Hwy 84/St. Francis Dr runs right outside the patio. This location made it very easy to get to tourist attractions like the Plaza and the Railway Market. The condo is on the 3rd floor, but there is an elevator. I normally would not give a bad review, but, as mentioned in previous reviews, the couch needs to be replaced due to the cushions sliding off. One of the swivel chairs is broken and the other is not comfortable. One of the barstools is broken. Other than the patio, there is really not a comfortable place to relax other than the beds. Overall, we have to give the rating a "fair" due to the lack of comfortable seating.
