Beautiful house. Big rooms. Gorgeous view! We used some beach items for the day. The place is as listed. The only walls that go to the ceiling are the outside walls and the bathroom walls. The driveway was super steep. We parked right in front of the house, not sure of the right parking spot. Everyone tried the outside shower with a view! Beds are comfortable. We all enjoyed the house.

Our group LOVED this townhome! Ours was right by the pool and Tennis courts, which we took advantage of multiple times during our stay. The house was very accommodating to what we needed. We also appreciated all of the provided household things that made our stay amazing. Including the beach equipment, baby stroller, & cooler lunch backpack. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend!

While we enjoyed the home, its location, the roominess, the pool and outdoors part (lanai) of the house, the good supply of cutlery and equipment, there were a couple of issues that need attention: 1. Booster heater in garage did not work well if at all. 2. No fitted sheets to cover mattress, just loose ones which move around. 3. Need more kitchen towels especially when you have a family of 10. 4. Need a broom in garage to sweep out sand when back from beach. 5. Under counter lighting did not work. 6. Master bedroom lighting was poor especially in closet area and in hallway. 7. Need instruction manual on operation of TV etc.

This condo is the perfect Kihei location, easily accessible by car to everywhere on the island and just a few steps across the street from a great beach. The condo is stocked with beach supplies which is a clutch for vacationing with kids - tents, chairs, towels, boogie boards, and a cooler. THANK YOU!

The condo was nice. The bedrooms were great, and provided privacy between the 2 rooms. One suggestion would be to provide bed rails or bumpers for people with little kids that stay. I am glad I brought my own, but the beds are pretty tall off the ground. The snorkel gear in the room needs to be cleaned, there was some gross looking black slime on them, so we rented snorkel gear instead.

It was a lovely home in a very quiet development, close to shops and the beach. Very nice location for getting around on the Kona side of the island. The home was beautiful, very clean and well-stocked with paper products. Wi-Fi was great; communication was good. We very much enjoyed our stay here.
