Island Gully Falls - Blue Hole
Previously known as Blue Hole (or Irie Blue Hole), Island Gully Falls is a short drive from Ocho Rios town, and close to Dunn's River Falls, so you can visit both on the same day. The series of falls allow visitors to jump from the top, swing from a Tarzan-style rope, or just swim around.
Seven Mile Beach
Seven miles of sand and clear waters await at this north-western family-friendly beach. Suntan, rent a kayak, or purchase fresh lobster from friendly merchants. The stretch comes alive after dark as bars and clubs treat diners to Caribbean cuisine and live music.
Dunn's River Falls and Park
Also located close to Ocho Rios town, Dunn's River Falls are a major island attraction where visitors can ascend a cascading waterfall amid lush vegetation. Wear water shoes and carry water-resistant bags for your cameras.
Negril Cliffs
Regaled for its white soft sand and blue waters, the western-facing Negril Cliffs are sheltered by a Caribbean reef, making it safe for families with kids. The adventurous may dive from the cliffs like locals do. Post-sunset beach parties are a great way to savor Jamaica's culture.
Mayfield Falls
Experience Jamaica's longest river walk, climb down a bamboo stairway, cross a bridge, and immerse yourself into the healing mineral pools and natural jacuzzis. Explore the shimmering underwater caves where you might meet River Mumma, a mermaid who resides there according to island folklore.
